On Monday 14th October we were visited by Tipperary senior hurlers Seamus Callanan and Mark Keogh who brought along the Liam Mc Carthy cup for all the pupils to see.
We were also delighted to welcome Tipperary ladies intermediate All Ireland winners Cora Maher, Niamh Martin and Orla Winston with the Mary Quinn cup.
The children were star struck when they saw the players walk through the door and were even more thrilled when Seamus Callanan announced that there would be no homework that night!
