Over the course of a month, the children will observe, care for and learn about how an egg develops into a chick. We must ensure that the incubator is at the optimal temperature and has an adequate amount of moisture to allow the growth and development of the eggs.
The children are really enjoying this project and of course are being very careful not to be 'too noisy' to frighten the baby chicks!!!!
This project integrates with the block that we have recently completed on RSE (Relationship and Sexuality Education).
